1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brilliant Tutors website, mobile-optimized platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign up. Accounts are for individual use by the student named on the account; please don't share your credentials.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. You can cancel any time from the Manage Billing section of your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Free trial
Your 3-day free trial starts automatically when you provide payment information. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and your payment method will be charged.
5. Refunds
Because the Service is a digital product with instant access, we do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. Refunds are granted only where required by law or under our score-improvement guarantee. 6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to infringe anyone else's rights, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or share your account with others. We may suspend access if we detect abuse.
7. Content & intellectual property
All Brilliant Tutors content, questions, hints, explanations, study plans, and dashboards, is owned by Brilliant Tutors and licensed to you for personal study use only.
