How it works
Brilliant Tutors' guarantee is simple: stick to the plan we build for you, sit an official test, and if your score hasn't moved we refund your paid subscription.
Eligibility
To qualify, you must:
- Be on an active Brilliant Tutors annual plan.
- Complete a baseline official or diagnostic test on file before your plan begins.
- Log the minimum study hours listed on your plan for the calendar weeks leading up to your test date.
- Complete each full-length practice test assigned in your plan.
- Sit an official SAT, ACT, or PSAT within 60 days of the end of your plan period.
- Submit a request for refund within 30 days of receiving your official score.
What counts as an "improvement"
Your official score must meet or exceed your verified baseline score. If it does not, you're eligible for a full refund of your paid subscription, we don't pro-rate or deduct.
How to claim
Email from the address on your account with your official score report and the name on the account. We'll review within five business days and process eligible refunds within ten business days.
How to request a refund

- Your before/after scores (screenshots from your dashboard Insights page + your real test score report).
- The dates you studied and your completed study plan.
- We confirm within 2 business days.
- Refund is processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
